To gain access to our Internet bank, or if you would like to learn more about our online products and services, please contact your DNB adviser.

In our Internet bank you can:

Swiftly and conveniently pay your bills
Order money transfers
Obtain various reports
Get updated information about your portfolio
Receive and archive messages and post from the bank electronically
Exchange documents with us safely and securely
Ask for a new PIN code for your card(s) if you have forgotten your code

Please contact your adviser to receive an Internet bank agreement

The Internet bank solution applies per account. To gain access, you must first sign an agreement and you will then receive a personal security card, password and information on how to use our Internet bank services. If there is more than one account holder, each account holder will receive his/her personal security card and password.

Online security

Here you will find a few advises regarding online security:

In all our communication with you, we use encrypted Internet pages. Look for the padlock symbol and “https:// i” in the address toolbar to check that your browser shows that your contact with the bank is secure.
Do not give anyone your confidential information nor send it via e-mail (account number, credit card number, personal identification, security code, password etc.).
Install security solutions including a personal firewall and an anti-virus-system, which can fight trojans, spyware, adware and other malicious programs and scripts.
Keep browser, operating system and software updated to latest releases.
Do not use unknown computers for Internet banking and make sure to log out afterwards.
Be critical to downloading from unknown sources.
Change your password regularly.
