The Holding package does not include a payroll or sales module. The licence only allows for one company and one user.

Why do holding companies need an accounting system?
All AS (Limited Companies) have a bookkeeping obligation, which means that you must keep accounts in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act and the Bookkeeping Regulation. In addition, all AS have an accounting obligation and must submit annual financial statements.
Annual accounts
In DNB Regnskap, private limited companies (AS) and sole proprietorships (ENK) can submit their tax returns directly from the system.
The deadline is 31 May.
