Does it cost anything to use the app?

The app is free and costs nothing to download. Payment through the app follows normal prices for payment.

The first time you need to log in with BankID. After that you can choose whether you want to log in with Face ID or your fingerprint going forward.

Q: How can I get access?

In order to use the mobile banking app you must be a corporate customer in DNB and have account access in the online bank. If you’re not a corporate customer, you can become one here: Become a corporate customer
