Annual statements and annexes to the annual accounts

Year-end statements are only produced for cardholders with personal liability and who have activated the partial payment option. The year-end statement is sent to the cardholder by regular post.

The year-end statement for factoring is sent by regular post and is not available in the online bank.

All users can download the year-end statement under Other services - Investor services - Mailbox. These year-end statements become available in the archive during week 8.

Administrators in the online bank can obtain the year-end statement via Archive - Year-end statement. These year-end statements become available in the archive during week 3.

If the statements are not shown here, they will be sent by regular post as soon as they are produced.

NB! The year-end statement is only available for administrators. You can see who your administrator is on the right hand side of the online bank’s home page.

There may be several reasons why you cannot find year-end statements:

• The annual statement is produced if the earned interest on the account is more than NOK 0,50.
• Annual statements are produced if the account balance is more than NOK 0,50 as of 31/12.
• It is produced no annual statements on sub-accounts in a group system. Only the top account is considered interest on which the bank sends the annual statement.
• It’s only Norwegian accounts can be found in the annual statement on the online bank.

The voucher’s location in the online bank depends on how the payment was made.

You can try three places:

1. . Select Accounts in the main menu. Under the Account Information tab, select New Account information/Recent transactionsSelect the relevant account and date and click “Display overview”Find the relevant payment and click on the magnifying glass under Voucher
2. If the voucher is not there, you can search for a voucher in the online bank under Account - Incoming payments
3. They can also be kept in the archive. You will find the archive under Payment - Archive
