Q: Where do I find documents I need to sign?

Documents that need to be signed can be found under My Tasks in the mobile bank and the online bank.

The mailbox is the inbox where you receive messages from DNB. Here you will receive information about your customer relationship, agreements and important notifications.

When you log in you will access the full version of the online bank. The online bank is comprehensive and therefore works best on PC, but also works from mobile. You can also use the mobile bank to read messages from us.

You can also find messages from DNB in the mobile bank. Log in as usual and scroll down on the home page. At the bottom you will find Inbox, which is the same mailbox as in the online bank.

Where can I find my tasks?

Tasks are Documents you need to sign and send back to us. You can do this easily and digitally in both the mobile bank and the online bank.

In the mobile bank, you will find your tasks in the same place as your inbox. You log in as usual, scroll down to the bottom of the home page and select Inbox.

In the online bank, you will find your tasks via the information icon at the top of the page, next to the log out button. There you can choose between Mailbox, My Tasks and Archive.
