Q: Where do I find my tasks?

In the mobile bank, you will find your tasks in the same place as your inbox. You log in as usual, scroll down to the bottom of the home page and select Inbox. In the online bank, you will find your tasks via the information icon at the top of the page, next to the log out button. There you can choose between Mailbox, My tasks and Archive.

Q: What is the difference between My tasks and mailbox/inbox?

Mailbox and inbox are used for messages from DNB. My tasks contains documents you need to sign and return.

My Tasks is where you receive documents and tasks from DNB that you need to sign. You can find your tasks in the online bank and mobile banking app.

Remember to sign before the deadline.

You can also find My Tasks in the mobile banking app. Log in as usual and scroll down on the home page. At the bottom you will find Inbox, which also contains tasks you have received from DNB.

When do you use My Tasks?

You use My Tasks when DNB needs a signature or confirmation from you, for example in connection with agreements or changes.
