Card Security

Good advice for safe use of cards

Have you been a victim of card fraud?

If your card has been defrauded or stolen, you must block it immediately. Do not wait to see what happens; it is better to block one card too many than too few.

You can block your card in the mobile and online bank, or by contacting us on 915 04800.

Disputing card transactions

If you experience problems with your card, you have good options to dispute the transaction. However, remember that many issues can first be resolved by contacting the supplier of the goods or services you have purchased.

You can dispute a transaction if you:

  • Have unknown transactions on your card
  • Have been charged twice, charged the wrong amount or charged retrospectively
  • Did not receive money from the cash machine
  • Did not receive the goods or services you paid for
  • Received the wrong goods or services
  • Received counterfeit goods
  • Cancel a hotel room or trip within the deadline, but do not receive your money back
  • Have you discovered unknown withdrawals from your account
