Nominal floating interest rate from 5.24%, annual percentage rate of charge (APRC) from 5.44%. Annuity loan NOK 2 000 000 o/25 years with monthly payment NOK 12 038. The total amount payable would be NOK 3 614 590 made up of the loan amount plus interest of NOK 1 614 590.

How to find the EPC level of your property?

When purchasing a property, the EPC level is stated on the prospectus/property listing. You can register your property at energimerking.no and obtain the EPC level by providing: Property type, year of construction, usable area and heating method.

Energy class A and B

  • A: The property has a heat pump or solar energy, in addition to better insulation and windows. Passive houses will receive an A rating.
  • B: The property has a heat pump or solar energy and/or better insulation and windows than the requirements in the building regulations. In addition to heating and insulation, the property type, year of construction and usable area will affect the energy class.

What does the energy rating on the property mean?

The property is assessed in relation to how energy-intensive it is to maintain a stable indoor temperature, and which energy source is used.
