Remember signed documents

In order to process your application as quickly as possible, it is important that you include all the necessary documents, and that these are signed. Details of which documents we need for the various types of organisations can be found under the choices above. We will get in touch as soon as we start processing your application.

Know your customer

As a bank we must comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act. This means that, among other things, we must gather information about you as a customer, the purpose/nature of the customer account and which transactions you expect to have.

Documentation requirement

In some cases we need more information in order to process your application. If so, we will get in touch with you. After we have received and processed your application, you can start using the customer account you have applied for.

Credit check

Please note that we will run a credit check on you during the account opening process. All banks are required by law to obtain sufficient information about a customer when setting up an account and on an ongoing basis while the account is open.
