Description

  • Fondet vil investere i investeringsfond i fast eiendom (“REITS”) og andre selskaper hvis hovedvirksomhet er finansiering, omsetning, holding, utvikling og forvaltning av fast eiendom og som ligger over hele verden. “REITS” er selskaper hvis andeler er notert på en askjebørs, som investerer en betydelig del av sine aktiva direkte i fast eiendom og som profitterer av en spesiell og gunstig skatteregime. Disse investeringene skal oppfylle kravene til omsettelige verdipapirer. Fondet vil søke å investere i selskaper i en lang rekke eiendomssektorer og land.Fondets basisvaluta er amerikanske dollar, USD. Den delen av porteføljen som ikke består av USD,vil bli sikret i USD for å redusere eksponeringsrisikoen for fremmed valuta.
