Description

  • Fondet vil primært investere i børsnoterte aksjer som er tilgjengelige for offentligheten i foretak som er underlagt lovgivningen i, eller som har sin hovedvirksomhet i Øst-Europa samt i nye uavhengige stater (“regionen”). Fondet kan også investere i verdipapirer utstedt av staten i ovennevnte land og privatiseringssertifikater i selskaper som ligger i, eller har sin hovedvirksomhet i denne regionen. Fondet vil primært investere i selskaper (i) som, dersom de er børsnotert, har sitt primære aksjemarked i regionen eller (ii) har minst 50 % av inntekter eller resultat fra varer som selges eller produseres, investeringer som foretas, eller tjenester som ytes i regionen, eller har minst 50 % av sine aktiva i regionen.
