All retail subscribers in Norway will need a VPS account prior to applying for shares. If you do not have a VPS account you can easily create one by accessing www.dnb.no/vpskonto and following the instructions provided on this site.

- Application period: On or about 13 April 2026 at 09.00 CEST until 20 April 2026 at 16:30 hours CEST
- Information on price and allocation: On or about 20 April 2026
- Payment date: On or about 23 April 2026
- Delivery date: On or about 24 April 2026
- First day of trading: When the share capital increase has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and payment and delivery of the shares to the applicant's VPS account
