We also aim for a high ethical standard. All employees in Norway and abroad participate in an ethics and dilemma programme. This gives employees guidance if they encounter ethical dilemmas through their work.

Employee development

New employees
To give new DNB employees a comprehensive and standardised introduction to the Group, we have developed an introduction programme.
