Our vision and ethics

Our vision, Creating value through the art of serving the customer, and our values helpful, professional and showing initiative, are central to everything we do.
We also aim for a high ethical standard. All employees in Norway and abroad participate in an ethics and dilemma programme. This gives employees guidance if they encounter ethical dilemmas through their work.

Employee development
We develop our employees’ competence in order to face the challenges of quicker innovation, globalisation, digitalisation and regulatory changes. Our leadership development model is adapted for top executives, middle managers and first-line managers. The programs are practical, innovative, educational and offer tools that can be used in day-to-day work.

New employees
To give new DNB employees a comprehensive and standardised introduction to the Group, we have developed an introduction programme. This programme is also available in English, and covers topics such as the Group's history, vision and values, code of ethics, social responsibility and the importance of a good corporate reputation.

Graduate programme
If you are about to complete your studies or have just started your working life, you can join our graduate programme.
