In some cases, you can choose whether you want to receive the notification by SMS or email. You make this choice when you activate the notification in the online bank.

How do I set up/cancel SMS services?

To cancel SMS services, you must log in to the online bank. Go to "Settings" -> "SMS services" -> "Cancel all SMS services".

We may send you certain important messages free of charge by email or SMS, even if you have not activated the notification service.

I have forgotten my SMS names. What do I do?

Send KONTO to 04800. You will then receive an SMS with the balance on all your accounts with SMS names, and you will see which names you have entered.

How much does the SMS service cost?

You pay NOK 2 for each SMS you receive from the bank. The charges are accumulated and debited from your account at the end of each month. You therefore do not pay for the use of our SMS services and notifications via your mobile subscription or mobile bill.

Payments and transfers via SMS are free for those with White cards. For children under 18 years, all SMS services are free.

The service is free for Intro customers. For other customers, it costs NOK 2 per received message.
