Which customer loyalty programme do I have?

You can easily check which customer programme you have by logging in to The online bank and see which customer programme is displayed in the right column on the Start page. You can also check your customer programme under the "Me" tab in The mobile bank.

You can also see it on your card:

White cards mean you have the Ung (Young Adults) customer programme
Sea green card with Pluss written on it is part of the Pluss customer programme
Black card with gold details with SAGA written on it is part of the SAGA customer programme
Black card with white details with Private Banking written on it is part of the Private Banking programme.

How do I get a customer loyalty programme?

You get a customer programme with some of our Cards. These are the different cards that provide a customer programme:

Ung (Young Adults) For you between 18 and 28 years old who want a bank card and great benefits. No annual fee.
Pluss For you over 28 years old who want a bank card and great benefits.
SAGA Suitable for you if you have an income of NOK 1 000 000 or more, active salary payments into DNB and a mortgage with DNB or savings with a combined value of NOK 2 000 000 or more.
Private Banking for you with at least NOK 3 000 000 in investable assets.
