In order to take the service into use you need to start by setting it up so your PC “knows” where the actual file exchange is supposed to take place. To do this, proceed as follows:
Step 1 - Click "File Set-up" under "Administrate" in the function menu on the top of the screen. The file paths that have already been defined will be displayed.
Step 2 - Click on "Add" to specify a new the file location on your PC, or "Change" to edit an excisting file location.
Step 3 - Select the file type and division/application the set-up should apply to.
- The available file formats for the selected type will be displayed.
Step 4 - Click on the icon next to the field to search for the relevant file on your PC.
- Enter the location and file name (e.g. c:\rem\tpn.dat) in the “File Name” field.
- User who shall submit the file to the bank must have write access to the export area as files located on the submission.
Steg 5 - Click on “Save” to save the set-up.

Merge files |
Ticking off here will return files of the same type will be merged into one file retrieval. Existing files will be overwritten. If you don't want to overwrite existing files when fetching new files, leave "Merge files" open. The files will then be assigned a four-digit serial number in addition to the file name. |
