How to get started with online banking

To log into the corporate Internet bank, you need your User ID and a password calculator. You will receive your password calculator a few days after receiving confirmation that it has been sent to you.

1. Activate your password calculator

  1. Passordkalkulator Click on the arrow to switch on the password calculator.
  2. Enter the four-digit code that you have been sent in the post.
  3. Enter a four-digit code of your choice and memorise it (this is your new PIN code).
  4. Enter again the PIN code you have chosen (confirm the PIN code).

Your password calculator is now ready to be used. It will automatically switch off after approximately 40 seconds, or you can switch it off by clicking on the arrow.

2. How to log in

  1. Go to
  2. Enter your User ID and click on Log in (top right corner)
  3. Make a one-time code from your password calculator

  1. Click on the arrow to switch on the password calculator
  2. Enter your four-digit PIN code. An 8-digit code will now appear for 30 seconds
  3. The first six digits are your one-time log in code
You can also log in with BankID or Mobile BankID.

3. When you are logged into the corporate Internet bank

If you can see your accounts once you have logged in, everything is up and running.

If you cannot see your accounts, you can gain access via the menu option Administration. Select Manage user. Select user and grant the access rights the user needs. Once you have clicked on Save, immediate access will be gained to the acccounts.

Popular online banking services

These are some of the most used services in our corporate Internet bank.

Account information

Account information is on the front page or can be accessed via the menu option Account – Account information.

Account balance

To view several accounts at the same time, we recommend that you select menu option Account – New account overview.

Account statements

Go to menu option Account - Account statements. Here you will also find Year-end statements and Corporate card statements.

Register payments

From the menu option Payment, you can choose between several types of payment such as domestic payments, international payments and intra-group transfers.
All payments in the Internet bank must be authorised. This can be done straight away by clicking on Register and Authorise. If you click on Register, the payment must be authorised before it is paid.

Find outgoing payments

Go to the menu option Payment and Payment overview. You can search based on due date or history. Under due date are payments which are not yet made.
History will show payments which have been executed or cancelled.
Remember to click on Search to view payments.

How to open accounts

If you need more than one account, you can open a corporate account, a tax deduction account, a corporate savings account and other types of account directly in the corporate Internet bank. Go to Account – Open new account.

You can also order other products and services directly when you are logged into the corporate Internet bank.

Mobile banking service


Mobile banking services How to get started with mobile banking

If you have access to the corporate Internet bank, you also have access to the corporate mobile bank. Mobile banking is just as safe to use as online banking.

1. How to log in

Enter in your mobile browser to log in to the corporate mobile bank, or download the app by texting APP to (+47 915) 04800.
  • Log in with your UserID and password calculator, just like in the corporate Internet bank.
  • You can also log in with Mobile BankID. If you wish to use Mobile BankID, this must first be activated in the corporate Internet bank.

2. Services in the corporate mobile bank

The corporate mobile bank gives you access to payment services for Norwegian accounts. Your rights and accesses will be the same as those you have in the corporate Internet bank.
  • Account overview – accounts held in and outside Norway
  • Account information - latest transactions
  • Transfer between own accounts in the same currency
  • Payments to other accounts in Norway
  • Payment overview – pending and executed payments
  • Authorise payments
  • Authorise files
  • Equity trading – purchase/sale of equities, and overviews of portfolios and share prices.

3. Corporate mobile bank app

Text APP to (+47 915) 04800 to download the "DNB Bedrift" app to your mobile phone.

If you have a Windows phone, enter in your mobile browser.
