The working methods are standardized and follow the LEAN principles for the quickest and best possible way of making solutions that the customers and employees expect. With over 18 million visits to the web bank and 44 million visits to the mobile bank every month, it is important to develop user friendly solutions and meet the customers’ expectations in the future. We also use design thinking and the SCRUM approach to develop and manage software development in an iterative and incremental way.

Using data
Actors such as, Spotify, Facebook and Netflix have built their value proposition on having good data on their customers, and using this to create user-friendly, personalized services, or selling this to third parties. It’ll be important for us, to do the same in the future. Data analysis also relates to machine learning, internet of things (IOT), and more.
